We are delivering a cheese production line for semi-hard and hard cheese in Russia

PHIMAR currently delivers and installs a cheese production line in Russia capable to process more than 400000 l per day. Dutch cheese types will be produced on this line.

  • Repasteurisation system with 30.000 l / h
  • Pasteurisation, dust-removal and whey skimming 30.000 l / h
  • Filtration of whey by NF / RO
  • Pasteurisation of technological water
  • CIP 2 lanes

  • 5 cheese vats each 16000 l
  • Casomatic pressing columns
  • Final pressing system
  • Transporters, form transportation and cleaning
  • Brine bath with buffer tank
