Cheese Production Line for Gouda and Salami Cheese

After two years intensive works we have completed the delivery and Installation of a cheese production line for our client SM Spomlek in Chojnice, Poland. PHIMAR delivered a new cheese production line for Salami and Gouda cheese types capable of processing 330000 l of milk per day. The line was delivered including the modernisation and adaption of the rest of the production site in Chojnice.
